REPAIRS & QUALITY
Do we offer repairs on our garments?
Naturally, as any other product, SportART apparel does wear out.
Depending on the way one takes care of the product (always check the wash instructions), this will occur sooner or later.
In the meantime, all items with defects in materials or workmanship will be preferentially replaced or repaired.
In case of an accident or a crash, we might be able to repair it. The majority of the repairs we do, ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
If you need a repair on any of your SportART garment, please send us a short report describing the issue (pictures are also ideal) to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will try to determine as quick as possible, whether we will be able to help you.
What to do if you find any kind of defect on the product?
All SportART products has been carefully double checked for quality! That means all our products going firstly thru manufacturers’ quality check. Aftewards, once they reach our warehouse, all products are checked again by our team and labeled – quality check approved.

Attaching a digital photo of the problem you discovered will be a great help for us. Resolving any quality issue is the highest priority for us and we will react promptly to resolve it.
To demonstrate our great appreciation of you participating in making our product better every day, we come up with a customer loyalty program.
If you spot a quality issue or find a way to improve the quality of our products in their subsequent generations and we choose to implement your suggestions into the next generations. We will recognise your merit on the greatness of our product by stating your name along with your suggestion on our website and provide you with a free sample of the product on which improvement you participated in!
